Dincharya :daily routine according to ayurveda to stay healthy in 2020

Dincharya

   According to ayurveda, we follow some routine to stay healthy in 2020.our anicent use ayurveda to stay healthy. Daily routine is necessary to stay healthy, it helps to make necessary change in mind, body and consicousness.

    A daily routine regulate body clock, digestion, assemilation, circulation.  To stay healthy we require to follow dincharya.                According to ayurveda dincharaya:
           Din :-day
         Charya:-routine

    

  1.wake up early in the morning 

       It is good to wake up before sunrise. When satvic environment is their to fresh our mind and body. It is good time for student to study because this time have envirnment fresh and calm. The mind and body remain refreshed till end of day. 
         We should wake up 1:00 to 1:30 hr before sunrise. After wakeup, lookup at hands rub your hands and gentally place over eye and open the eye. This gives energy to eye. 


  2.say a prayer before leaving the bed :

      कराग्रे वसते  लक्ष्मी  करमदध्ये तु सरस्वती|
     करमध्ये तु  गोविंदम प्रभाते तु करदर्शनम||

       For preying see the hands and says above shlokas. 
   Meaning of shloka:- lakshmi is live at fingers of hand. Sarasvati is live at palm of hand. So at seeing hand i praise you god. 
   

 3.drink water in the morning 

              Then drink a glass of room temperature water, preferably from a pure copper cup filled the night before. This washes the GI track, flushes the kidneys, and stimulates peristalsis.
     It is bad to drink coffie, tea in morning. It load on kideny. It make addiction, and also cause constipation. 

  4.go for sanitaion (evacuation) :

      Sit or better squat system on toilet. It will creat better bowel movement. Not done proper when improper digestion of last night sleep or lacks of sleeps. 

  5.clean your teeth :

     Now days we use toothbrush  with tooth cleaning paste. This brushing may leads to tooth ache, bleeding gums, etc. 
    According to ayurveda, we use soft stick of neem, babul, karanj to wash the teeth. It also wash the teeth, remove bad mouth odour, Make teeth and gums strong, and make taste of mouth. 

    6. Clean your tongue:

         After cleaning teeth , clean tongue with scraper made with copper, stainless steel, gold or we can use soft stick of tree. 
       
   After cleaning  teeth make good mind, breath. Uncoated tongue is indications of healthy body. 

    7. Gargling

         
          After cleaning tongue To strengthen teeth, gums, and jaw, improve the voice, make test sensation good and remove wrinkles from cheeks, gargle twice a day with liquids like warm sesame oil,  water, butter milk, honey, vinegar, etc. 

    8.nasal drops ( nasya) :

        To clean organs above neck nasal drops are benifical. Nasal drops are through nasal orifice enters brain and  lubricate the brain functions. 
     Putting 2-4 drops of oil (anu tail)  in both nostrils In the mornings to lubricate  the nose, clean the sinus and clear the voice. 

   Benifits of nasal drops: 
   1.improve vision. 
   2.improve hearing. 
   3. Face glows. 
   4.prevent hair fall. 
  5. Prevent hair loss. 

  

        9.oil drops in ear(karna puran) :

            Everyday we use pour oil in ear  cure ear disease, vataj rog, ringing in ear, head ache, prevent loss of hearing. Putting 5 drops in each ear prevent above diorders. 
  

   10.Apply oil to head and body(Abhayanga) :

         Applying oil to all body with  oil, are known as abhayangya. Daily oil massage on head create happiness as well as prevent hair loss, dandruff, balding and greying. Oiling your body before sleep make sound sleep. 
         


  11.Exercise:

         Exercise  in winter season full of capacity and half of capacity in summer season. Healthy person should exercise as per capacity. Exercise make body  muscle flexible  and smooth.

   

    12.bath:

       Bathing is cleaning and refreshing act. It clean all body part. According to ayurveda, bathing on head with warm water  damage hair roots and vision. Bath on head with cold water only. Below head bath with warm water benifits body functions, Digestion, circulation. 


   13. Food (ahar) :

         the substance which build body muscle, nourish body is known as food. According to ayurveda, food is satvic, it should contain madhur(sweet) , amla(sour) , katu(spicy), tikta(bitter), lavan(salty), kashay(astriginet)substance. 

  


 Following daily routine according to ayurveda are followed to stay healthy in 2020.
